About the project
Zoulium 3000 is a twin-stick shooter rogue-like in which the player takes on the role of Denise, a 70 years old lady living in a bunker who has to brave the dangers of the outside world in her mecha to water her beloved tomato plants.
To progress, she'll have to shoot anything that moves with her futuristic weaponry.

Procedural generation
Levels are generated tile by tile
Using the rules of Conway's game of life as a starting point, I've set up a tile-by-tile room generation algorithm that builds a unique and coherent level for each new game.
